Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The free plan requires no credit card at all. You only need payment details when you upgrade to Pro or Agency.
What happens if I go over the free plan limit?
On the free plan you can upload up to 50 customers per month. If you hit the limit, your sequence pauses until the next month or you upgrade to Pro for unlimited.
Can I cancel my Pro plan anytime?
Yes — cancel anytime from your dashboard settings. No penalties, no questions asked. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Does SmartReview work with Google Business Profile?
Yes. You connect your Google Business Profile by searching your business name — we find the listing automatically via Google Places API and build your direct review link.
What is the "master lead database"?
Every customer who clicks your review link and signs in with Google has their verified email saved to your master database. You own these leads and can export them anytime for future campaigns.
Can I use SmartReview for multiple businesses?
The Free and Pro plans cover one business location. The Agency plan covers up to 10 locations with a shared dashboard. Contact us for larger needs.
What is smart review routing?
When a customer rates their experience, SmartReview automatically sends happy customers (4-5 stars by default) to your Google review page, and routes unhappy customers (1-3 stars) to a private feedback form that only you can see — so negative feedback never reaches Google.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — if you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us and we will refund your payment in full.
